Small depressions and other small irregularities across reclaimed croplands will be leveled by filling them
in with topsoil transported by scrapers. The amount of land requiring this practice will involve only a
few acres.
2. All lands will eventually be deep disced or equivalent practice.
3. Rocks will be removed as necessary from all remediated areas.
4. All lands deep disced will be leveled and/or harrowed as necessary to create a suitable land surface for
hay harvesting equipment.
5. All lands deep disced and leveled will be reseeded [o our approved croplands alfalfa/grass seed mixture.
Trapper considers the above practices normal husbandry and feel that the practices should not re-set the 10-year
bond liability clock. We respectfully request that you contact us if you have questions or concerns about the
croplands remediation program outlined in this letter.
Sincerely,
FL/jb
[DMG\FEB23]
c File 109.2.3.3
Croplands file
Forrest V.
