Exhibit 4.4-1 has been
revised. This is the only chance to the reveaetation section that the permit
revision proposes. The presently approved version of Exhibit 4.4-1 delineates
the approximate locations of shrub transplant islands and the expected
schedule for grading and live topsoilinp procedures. The pradina and
topsoilina delineation has been eliminated from the newly submitted exhibit.
Please make Carl aware of this while he is doing his topsoil review, It
appears that chances in their topsoil plan made these deletions appropriate.
However, the operator may need to submit more information. In skirmninp the
topsoil section of the present revision, I was unable to locate a definite
live top soiling schedule. Should Carl decide that the new Exhibit S.a-1 is
acceptable, the following sentence on pane 4.4-38 will need to be revised:
"As shown in Exhibit 4.4-1, live topsoil will be utilized in much of the
Moffat area."
The reference to Exhibit 4.4-1 on page 4.5-2 should also be revised if the
revised Exhibit is deemed acceptable.
No other reveaetation adepuacy issues resulted from the permit revision
submittal.
2503E/scg
