2 04 Breathing zone Sampling <br />The collection frequency of radiation-worker breathing-zone samples <br />was reduced from a monthly requirement to once per quarter <br />beginning with the second quarter of 1987. Breathing zone samples <br />are also collected during RwP activities that have the potential to <br />create airborne radiation hazards. <br />The results of random quarterly "spot check" samples on facility <br />workers and samples collected during RWP activity are listed on the <br />following page. <br />Airborne concentrations have been maintained well below 254 MPC <br />levels. <br />
