The Division is very congnizant of the delicate situation .your <br />company is in over trying to establish old parts of the mined <br />out quarry as a landfill. Ho,aever, the la~•r specifies <br />reclamation should occur in a timely manner once mining is <br />completed. Every effort should be made to insure the nort~ern <br />2,000 feet of the "A-Band" area be used as a landfill by tre <br />County or by AnVreiser-Busch. If this is not possible then <br />reclamation, as approved in your permit document, ,rill have to <br />commence. <br />2. Current affected area (as of October 1982) is 375 acres. -he <br />bond posted by Ideal Basic for this site is $317,700.00 or <br />$847.20 per acre. Again, the Division feels this financial <br />warranty is too lour.
