Submittal to the Division of the <br />updated map shall occur on or before July 31, October 31, January 31, and April 30, <br />yearly. <br />Stioulation No. 73 <br />Basin Resources will maintain on file at the mine site proof of mailing of the public <br />notices required pursuant to Rule 4.20.2. <br />Stioulation No. 74 <br />If the extracted thickness exceeds nine 19) vertical feet, Basin Resources will provide <br />to the Division, as part of its semi-annual subsidence monitoring report, information <br />showing any significant resultant differences in the area potentially subject to <br />subsidence. The Structures Inventory Map (Map No. 16) shall be updated as <br />necessary to reflect any such changes. <br />Because Basin Resources has now incorporated the above stipulations (Nos. 72, 73, and 74) <br />into its permit renewal application, DMG will not recommend them as stipulations to the Board. <br />It is this Office's understanding that should the updated maps submitted quarterly to the Office <br />indicate that new surface owners exist in areas for which undermining is anticipated since the <br />immediately preceding previously submitted quarterly surface owner map, these owners will <br />STATE OF COLORADO <br />
