<br />Mr. John Sliman <br />Re: Special Use Permit No. 570 <br />January 29, 1987 <br />Page Two <br />3. Landscaping with trees shall be installed and main- <br />tained along the highway frontage of the property <br />in such a manner that it does not interfere with <br />overhead power lines or other utilities. Landscaping <br />is herein defined as: <br />o minimum number of trees shall be 1 per 25' <br />of highway frontage, excluding approved driveway <br />access width onto Highway No. 50; <br />And for those minimum number of trees: <br />o not less than 758 shall be conifers (evergreens), <br />and the remaining 258 may be either conifer <br />or deciduous; and <br />o the minimum size for trees shall be 4' in height <br />for conifers and 1 1/2" caliper for dediduous. <br />The landscaping plan shall be reviewed and approved <br />by the Department of Planning and Development prior <br />to installation. Installation shall be completed <br />by June 27, 1987. <br />4.
