-3- <br />16. The Division requests that the applicant submit a copy of the 1982 <br />Pffannenstiel paper on shrub generation for justification of the shrub <br />density standard proposed. <br />17. The Division feels that some shrubs need to be reestablished for the <br />haul road right-of-way during reclamation. The Division wishes to <br />discuss a proposed number with the applicant. <br />18. The applicant needs to address whether any irrigation methods will be <br />used during revegetation. The applicant also needs to discuss whether <br />any pest or disease control measures will be utilized in the <br />revegetation section of the applicant. <br />19. With regard to a crop plant productivity standard, the Division feels <br />that the applicant needs to obtain information for at least seven years <br />regarding the productivity of similar croplands from the ASCS. It <br />appears as if the applicant is proposing to obtain two years worth of <br />Routt County productivity data during the final years of the liability <br />period.
