The mining plan <br />approval authorized mining of about 3.6 million additional tone of <br />Federal coal in 544 acres of Federal lease COC 53560. <br />Approval of this mining plan supplements the Foidel Creek Mine <br />mining plan for Federal leases C-20900, C-0128433, C-081330, <br />C-16284, and D-052547 approved on January 16, 1987. Mining <br />operations must be conducted in accordance with both the Colorado <br />State permit and the approved mining plan. <br />I have enclosed a copy of the mining plan approval document for the <br />mining plan. Please read the terms and conditions of the mining <br />plan approval document carefully.
