Begej
Mined Land Reclamation Div.
1313 Sherman St.
Denver, CO 80203
Dear Ms. Begej:
Thank you for your May 19, 1992, letter. We accept the explanation regarding
the NC drill holes.
While the NC drill holes are shown on the maps to be within the Newlin Creek
permit area, we are sure that you reali:.e that the actual location of NC-7 is
without the Newlin Creek boundary. It is obvious that a drill could not have
entered the Newlin Creek property from the west because of the deep gullies,
and there is no disturbance west of our property boundary.
Who is Sheridan Enterprises? Do you have an address for them? Did they have
a exploratory drilling permit? Is there a reclamation bond for the drill
holes?
It is interesting that PII.PD required us to seal the numerous NC drill holes as
part of our Newlin Creek reclamation.
Sincerely,
_ /,
W.D.
