As you know, we have been poised to start seeding the site and have been <br />delayed by weather conditions throughout May, and by the recent eazthwork involving removal of the <br />catch basins. Along with the catch basin removal we have recently regraded portions of the south <br />slope of the refuse pile and the upper substation pad azea in response to issues resulting from the <br />Phase I inspection. <br />Items we discussed are summarized below. <br />~ Due to the late season, EFMC will incorporate oat seed with the approved seed <br />provide a cover crop.
