<br />the 30th day of April, 1991, at the hour of 11:00 a.m. or as soon <br />thereafter as counsel may be heard, in Judge Boulden's courtroom <br />which is located on the third floor of the Frank E. Moss Federal <br />Courtroom Building, 350 South Main Street, Salt Lake City, Utah. <br />PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that, pursuant to Rule 27(a) of <br />the Rules of Practice of the United States Bankruptcy Court for <br />the District of Utah, if you desire to oppose the Director's <br />Motion you must, pursuant to Rule 27 of the Rules of Practice of <br />the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Utah, file <br />written objection to the Motion for Relief from Stay with this <br />Court and serve upon the undersigned counsel and all other par- <br />ties directly affected by the objection. Absent timely filing <br />and service of objections, the hearing may be stricken and the <br />relief sought in the Director's Motion for Relief from Stay may <br />be granted by the Court without further notice or hearing.
