Objection and Motion for Disallowance and Determination of
Priority of Claims of the Internal Revenue Service (Dated
10/02/92) (the "Objection") that relates to the timeliness of
claims for additional income tax liabilities for 1987, 1988 and
1989 will be convened in the United States Bankruptcy Court for
the District of Utah, Frank E. Moss Federal Courthouse Building,
350 South Main Street, Courtroom #341, Salt Lake City, Utah
84101, on Thursday, the 17th day of February. 1994. at 9:00 a.m.,
or as soon thereafter as counsel may be heard. This evidentiary
hearing is scheduled pursuant to the Court's order dated November
25, 1992, for the purpose of determining whether the Internal
Revenue Service made timely claims for income taxes for the years
1987, 1988 and 1989.
