Western Fuels-Colorado, New Horizon Mine will be mining through
an existing county road that is paved in the next year. We would like a letter from your office stating
that it is OK by your office to dispose of this inert pavement in our open pit. The New Horizon Mine
has an approved mine permit that was issued by the Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology and
this letter will be for the benefit of both the DMG and WFC.
Sin
oss L.
