Box 337231 Division Director <br />Greeley, CO 80633 <br />RE: Permit M-1992-069 83~ Joint Venture Pit, Aggregate Industries -Paragon Report <br />Dear Ms. Davis, <br />The Division of Minerals and Geology (DMG) is in receipt of the letter from Scott Rutherford of <br />Paragon Consulting Group, regazding results of observations pertaining to contaminated soil <br />remaining at the site once dewatering activities cease. Be awaze that the Technical Revision (TR- <br />003) submitted by Aggregate Industries and approved by DMG specifies that the contaminated <br />soil will be removed prior to cessation of dewatering activities. <br />If Aggregate Industries desires to change the parameters of TR-003, a new Technical Revision <br />application to the permit must be submitted to the DMG for consideration. A copy of the <br />ma rialc mailed to DMG from Paragon Cn_ neulti~no~ I-rn shD rld b~cuhmittrd with the TR _____ __ <br />application when Aggregate Industries submits its request.
