Walther <br />Executive Direuor <br />MichaelB Long <br />Division Director <br />As per our phone conversation on January 28, 2002, the Division of Minerals is <br />requesting copies of all blast logs for blasts conducted at the Lorencito Canyon mine. <br />Only copies of the actual log is necessary (i.e. sketches and seismograph logs are not <br />necessary). Please mail these copies to our office as soon as possible. <br />Please also review and provide information and/or maps concerning ownership of <br />property and residences in the following areas: <br />Directly east of Primero School south of Highway 12 <br />Immediately north of Primero School and north of Highway 12 <br />North of Highway 12 across from the Duran residence <br />Maps and/or field observation indicate dwellings or structures in these areas. <br />Also, review of 32 certified receipts documenting blast notifications and comparison to <br />the Surface Ownership Map 2.03.4-1 resulted in questions regarding two parties who <br />are not located on the map but were mailed notices.
