Please accept this letter and the
attached letter from Parcel & Mauro, Sundance's attorneys, as
evidence of our appointment. Henceforward, any and all
correspondence or notifications should be provided to me at the
above referenced address.
During a transition period, Mr. Howard Urband continued to handle
the response to the mid-term review. He also handled the
abatement of the erosion adjacent to the refuse pile.
In regard to your request for additional copies of .the responses
to the mid-term review, Mr. Urband has stated that he personally
delivered the additional copies to the MLRD reception desk
approximately one month ago. We hope it will be possible to
locate the information; we have been unable to obtain complete
files on the mid-term review responses.
Moreover, correspondence during the tenure of Mine w Mill
Engineering (or Mr. Urband independently), for the most part,
have not been located. It appears that we will need to copy
various letters, inspection reports, violation notices, etc. from
your files.
