A chronology of events related to the processing of the PAP and this mining plan <br />• decision is included with the decision document. The information in the PAP, and other <br />information identified in the decision document, has been reviewed by CO-DMG staff in <br />coordination with the OSM Federal Lands State Coordinator. <br />OSM's administrative record of this new mining plan consists of the following: <br />- the PAP submitted by BRL and updated through July 24, 2000, <br />- CO-DMG's Proposed Decision and Findings of Compliance for Technical <br />Revision No. 16, Bowie No. 2 Mine, C-96-083, provided to OSM under the <br />cooperative agreement, <br />- the Environmental Assessment entitled Final Environmental Impact Statement - <br />Iron Point Exploration License, -Iron Point Coal Lease Tract, -Elk Creek Coal <br />Lease Tract, Delta and Gunnison Counties, Colorado, February 2000, <br />- the FONSI of the proposed action and alternatives prepazed by OSM, <br />-other documents prepazed by CO-DMG, and <br />-correspondence developed during the review of the PAP. <br />• <br />Attachments <br /> <br />
