This mining plan action relates <br />to Federal lands associated with the Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology's Proposed <br />Decision and Findings of Compliance for Technical Revision No. 16 for your mine and approved <br />on September 11, 2000. <br />• I have enclosed a copy of the mining plan approval document and associated map for this new <br />mining plan. Please read the terms and conditions of the mining plan approval document <br />carefully.
