Reserving unto Sellers an easement for the Bancroft
irrigation ditch.
B. PERSONAL PROPERTY. All items of property listed
and identified on Exhibit "B" annexed hereto, together.
with the trade name "Silver Springs Trout Farm", together
with all customer lists used by Sellers in connection
with the operation of the Silver Springs Trout Farm,
and together with all licenses and permits necessary to
operate said business, where such licenses and permits
are transferable.
2. Purchase Price. The total purchase price for all
of the above described real property and personal property
shall be the sum of 'lfiao Hundred Eighty-six 'thousand and

No/l00 Dollars ($28c9,000.00), which sum shall be payable to
Sellers in the manner following;
a. The sum of Ten Thousand and No/100 Dollars
($10,000.00) shall be payable upon the execution of
this agreement, receipt of which sum Sellers hereby
acknowledge.
b. The sum of Sixty-five Thousand and 270/100
Dollars ($65,000.00) less any adjustments as Herein-
after provided, in cash or certified funds, shall. be
due and payable at the time of closing of this trans-
actiot: as hereinafter provided. Said deferred ;mount
of $65,000.00 shall bear no interest.
c. The remaining balance of 7'cro ]iundred Eleven
Thousand -and No/100 Dollars ($21:L~000.00) shall be
payable by delivery to Sellers of Buyers' promissory
note in such ar,~ount, cahich note shall be payable in
