We have
several questions? The most important, when will reclamation work begin?
Is there not a time period on reclamation work when a company shuts down
their operation? To date, nothing has been done to the site in the Starkville
area. Also, who is responsible for overseeing the reclamation work?
Our concerns are that like so many companies when they close operations,
no reclamation work is done. We have alot of sites in our Las Animas County
that have not been reclaimed. Aleo, did Energy Fuels post a bond for
reclamation for their Starkville operations, if so what is the amount?
Thank you very much for your response in this matter,
Yours truly,
Kathy Hill and Paula Ozzel~/1`d~~
Co-chairpersons
