CF&I brougY.~t •this <br />action against Defendant alleging that certain transfers me~de to it <br />constitute avoidable preferences under it U.S.C. § 547(bj. T:he <br />parties have agreed to settle the matter with Defendant ma}:ing a <br />payment of $6,591.25 and being permitted to file an unsecured claim <br />in the same amount or an amended unsecured claim including such an <br />amount. Copies of the Motion and the related settlement agreement <br />may be obtained by request from the undersigned counsel fo:= CF&I. <br />PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that, pursuant to Rule 5:?3 (b) of <br />the Rules of Practice of the United States Bankruptcy Court f'or the <br />District of Utah, objections to the Motion must be submitt~ad in <br />writing, filed with the Bankruptcy Court, and served upon 'the <br />undersigned counsel on or before Friday, the 11th day of June, <br />1993.
