These properties aze known as pazcel #'s 5597-151-00-074 and <br />5597-104-00-119. The first pazcel, 074, is 10.41 acres in size and has been classified <br />commercially for many yeazs by the assessors office. This pazcel has had two buildings located <br />on it. However, one of these buildings is actually located on the second parcel of land (#119). <br />This error in the assessment record was brought to my attention in November 1998 and was <br />correcte~i for 1998 tax roll. The correction to Parcel -074 that was made in November 98 was <br />that one building was deleted and was then added to the second parcel, -119. The balance of the <br />correction was completed in February, 1999. It involved changing some of the land <br />classification from agricultural to commercial on the second pazcel (-119).
