Cattany <br />Division DirecYOr <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety has received a written complaint concerning possible <br />off site impacts at the above referenced permitted site. Please find enclosed a copy of the complaint <br />letter received on December 18th, 2006 from a Mrs. Dewsnup. 3 B Enterprises will also find a copy of <br />staff response back that explains weather and ground conditions aze not favorable to do a complete <br />inspection at this time. <br />Staff will do an inspection as soon as weather allows. In the mean time, 3 B Enterprises is being asked <br />to look into the situation. If impacts have occurred, it would be in 3 B's best interest to correct the issue <br />or at a minimum address a short term solution to cease further damage off site. A formal response back <br />to the Division would be advantages prior to an inspection as well.
