Details of the equipment /activities are given <br />in Attachment A. <br />THIS PERMIT 1S GRANTED SUBJECT' TO ALL RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE COLORADO AIR QUALITY <br />CONTROL COMMISSION AND THE COLORADO A[R QUALITY CONTROL ACT C.RS. (25-7-101 et se , TO <br />THOSE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH ON THE REVERSE SIDE OF THIS DOCUMENT AND <br />Tl[E FOLLOWING SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS: <br />1. With the issuance of this permit modification, previous versions of this pemtit, and exemption issued under Ref. No. <br />97800110, stand canceled. <br />'1. V isible emissions shall not exceed twenty percent (20%) opacity. <br />3. Regulation No. 6 -Standards of Performance for New Stationary Sources, Part A -Federal Register Regulations Adop[ed <br />By Reference, Subpart Y -Standards of Performance for Coal Preparation Plants, .§ 60.252 -Standards for Particulate <br />Matter, applies to all the coal processing equipment, including conveyors, storage system, transfer and loading systems. <br />A copy of the complete applicable subpart(s), including Subpart A -General Provisions, is enclosed. <br />4. The particulate emission control measures listed on Attachment B (as proposed in the Particulate Emission Control Plan <br />submitted to the Division) shall be applied to the particulate emission generating sources /activities as requved by <br />Regulation No. I. <br />107/0009/999 <br />
