<br /> <br />Page 2 <br />All written documentation in support of Petition approval or denial must be <br />received no later than Monday, February 16, 2004 and must otherwise conform <br />with Construction Materials Rule 2.6 regazding service on other parties, number <br />of copies to be submitted to the Boazd, identification of expert witnesses and <br />exhibits, etc.; <br />The Boazd will allow expert testimony from the parties and the Division of <br />Minerals and Geology ("Division") to facilitate the Board's understanding of <br />technical issues raised by the Petition. All such expert witnesses shall be <br />identified and listed in accordance with Construction Materials Rule 2.6(2)(a); <br />• The scope of oral argument and expert testimony will be limited solely to the <br />issues presented in the Petition. <br />The Board meeting is scheduled for February 25-26, 2004 in Denver.
