Banta. <br />Drvison Director <br />The Division is in receipt of the Certificate of Insurance for General <br />Liability for the Terror Creek loadout. <br />There is only one item we need to have corrected in order for the certificate <br />to satisfy Rule 2.03.9(3) of the Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board for coal mining. We must require that the words "endeavor <br />to" be omitted from the cancellation section of the certificate, in order to <br />state "...the issuing company will mail 30 days written notice..." <br />Your prompt attention to this matter will be appreciated.
