The legal description of this property <br />is as follows: <br />Located in the Southeast 1/4, Southeast 1/4, <br />Section 26, T 1 S, R 67 W, and in the North- <br />east 1/4, Northeast 1/4, Section 35, T 1 S, <br />R 67 W. <br />Our zoning maps indicate the land is zoned A-3, which is <br />a correct zone district for gravel mining.
