Long <br />Drvis~on Director <br />The purpose of this letter is to record the issues discussed during our meeting at the Raton <br />Creek Mine on October 6, 1994. Individuals present at that meeting included: <br />Mr. Randy Acre, EFMC; <br />Mr. Clint Carey, EFMC; <br />Mr. Allen Weaver, EFMC; <br />Mr. Larry Routten, DMG; <br />Mr. Tony Waldron, DMG; and <br />Mr. Wallace Erickson, DMG. <br />Mr. A.J. Iuppa, landowner, was present at the close of the meeting. <br />Issues discussed during the meeting include: <br />1. Surface soil conditions of areas being reclaimed; <br />2. Topsoil material availability; <br />3. Rill and gully maintenance in backfilled slopes; <br />4. Design and maintenance of watershed diversion ditches 1 and 2; <br />5. Drainage control following removal of watershed diversion ditches 3, 4, and 5; and <br />6. Finish backfilling pre-law portal located behind shop building. <br />
