Keegan: <br />The staff has reviewed tfle seed tag and seed testiny results which you <br />submitted on the reclamation activities performed at CCMC #1 this spring. <br />The seed mix did not include any sideoats yrarama, western wheatgrass was <br />present at half strength, and rabbit brush ana winterfat were seeded in <br />quantities of less than those proposed in the permit application. <br />We performed our assessment by multiplying purity x germination and then <br />dividing by 100 to obtain a percent.
