York-Feirn
Mined Land Reclamation Division
1313 Sherman Street, Room 215
Denver, Colorado 80203
Dear Mr. York-Feirn,
VIAR 2 4 1991
Mined Land
~ einn n•
[Ipr
The purpose of this letter is to commit Gold Hill Ventures to mitigate the erosion
channels on the outer slope of the Cash mine dump. This will require the use of a tracked
front-end loader and a dump truck. As you know, Gold Hill Ventures' front-end loader's
motor was taken apart by a diesel mechanic employed by Colina Oro Molina. When the
owners of the Cash mine dump did not agree to enter into a Lease Agreement with an
individual associated with Mr. J. Wayne Tatman, all work on our front-end loader was
suspended. We are therefore dependent upon using leased equipment for this task.
As soon as weather permits and the necessary rental equipment becomes available, I
will oversee the additional corrective action that you recommend in your February 13, 1992,
Minerals Program Inspection Report of the Cash mine site.
Very truly yours,
I r\ou-.~ ~. ,b s+,r.
Mark A.
