Drainage cros- <br />sings shsll be swathed to mske low water crossings, snd no drainages shsll be <br />plugged. <br /> <br /> <br />1 <br />1 <br />LJ <br /> <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />(f) The licensee shall strip from all drill sites and stockpile for lster use <br />in revegetstion st least eight inches of topsoil for reclamation purposes. <br />(g) Water shall not be removed from wells, springs, reservoirs, or any other <br />water source without approval from the legal owner. <br />(h) The licensee shall protect from contamination all water sources (including <br />streams, stockponds, springs snd groundwater) by containment of drilling fluids in <br />on-site mud pits. IP any drill holes produce more wster than can be contained by <br />the pits, or if drilling fluids escspe for any other resson, the licensee shall <br />notify promptly both the District Manager and the Area Manager. <br />(i) All pits constructed shall be adequately covered or fenced to eliminate <br />hazsrds to livestock and wildlife. Mud pit size shall be approximately 4'x15'x15' <br />or as otherwise approved by the Area Msnager. Pits shall be constructed in cut <br />bank and nat fill material. Pits shall be pumped out with the fluid disposed of <br />at sn approved dispossl Brea, or they shsll be allowed to dry before being back <br />Pilled and reclaimed. <br />(j) The Area Manager shall be notified 48 hours prior to reclsmation of any <br />disturbed ares. <br />(k) The licensee shall scsrify and reseed any disturbed areas. Access roads <br />shall be ripped to a depth of 6 to 8 inches with an agricultursl chisel plow or <br />11 <br /> <br />
