Jim Pendleton has reviewed the report. A copy <br />of his review memo is attached for your information. <br />The Division is currently awaiting receipt of copies of the report <br />to be issued by Drs. Jesse Craft and Kewal Kohli of OSM from their <br />visit to your home on May 5, 1995 and May 19, 1995. After receipt <br />of their report the Division will make a final decision concerning <br />action to be taken in response to your citizen complaint and the <br />TDN issued as a result.
