Inc.
Pos[ Office Box 37
Desert Center. California 92239
(619f 3924257
(619) 392-4341 Telecopier
n~ c;EI~IED
APR 19 1993
Division of Mlne[a,~ , veo,oyY
Ldith the abundance of moisture at the site this year, the
tension crack along the old highwall on the west side of the
Revision I reclaimed area has opened up considerably. I feel
it's significant enough to take a small dozer and fill the
crack orith clay material from above the area. This will then
be walked in with the dozer to }:eep any additional moisture
from saturating the spoil. At this time, I don't feel there
is any chance of the area slumping.
After the crack has been repaired, we will then seed the areas
disturbed with the approved seed mix.
If you have any questions, feel free to call.
Sincerel ~,
~i J..~--
Mike Keegan
Pdanager Colorado Properties
MK/JJ
