This topsoil was removed from <br />the area where fill was placed adjacent to Routt County Road 27 and <br />placed in this temporary location. This is a request for a 30-day <br />extension of this deadline to November 14th. <br />The basis for this request is that the dragline will not start <br />deadheading to the Yoast Mine until October 9th, this coming <br />Wednesday. In TR No. 3, we anticipated walking the dragline the <br />third week of September. This date was pushed back for various <br />reasons. This topsoil pile cannot be reclaimed until the dragline <br />has utilized the road where the fill is located and reclamation of <br />this area is complete. It was not our intention to make this a <br />permanent topsoil stockpile location so this request for an <br />extension seems justifiable.
