Gunnison No. 1 Mine Permit No. C-007-80 <br />Dear Ms. Beville: <br />w <br />The Division has completed its review of your final responses concerning the <br />320 acre permit revision application. The Division proposes to approve your <br />revision request subject to conditions. Attached is a copy of our Findings of <br />Compliance document with the conditions on your approval. This Findings of <br />Compliance document supersedes past documents issued for your operation. <br />The attached public notice must be published one a week for two weeks in a <br />local newspaper. Please send the affidavit of publication to my attention. <br />Anyone adversely affected by our decision may request a formal hearing within <br />3U days. If no objections are raised our decision becomes final.
