sedimentation pond. Upon initiation of fmal reclamation, the bench azea and upper road segment <br />will be backfilled with on site materials, compacted in lifts and graded to blend with surrounding <br />topography. Culverts will be removed and drainages returned to natural gradients. Some riprap <br />will be installed to help stabilize impacted portions of the drainages. Regraded azeas will be <br />seeded and mulched with an approved permanent seedmix. The coal waste disposal site will be <br />reclaimed contemporaneously, asphased construction of the disposal pile is completed. The <br />lower road segment along the Munger valley floor will be retained for the post-mining land use. <br />No topsoil was salvaged from the loadout site. This facility previously served as a sugaz beet <br />loadout azea and is zoned industrial. The approved postmining land use is industrial. The site <br />has been cleaned of coal materials and structures, and has been seeded with an approved <br />stabilization seedmix. A bean has been constructed azound the loadout site , and a silt fence has <br />been installed at the low point to control sedimentation. <br />13 <br />
