Long <br />501 Palmer St., Ste 227 Division Director <br />Delta, CO 81416 <br />RE: Lemoine Gravel Pit, Amendment Approval, Permit No. M-79-140, Revision No. AM-1 <br />Dear Ms. Clemens: <br />On October 21, 1998 the Division of Minerals and Geology recommended that the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board approve the Amendment application submitted to the Division on June 8, 1998, <br />addressing the following: <br />Operator's proposed addition of 15.77 acres is approved. Mining and reclamation will be <br />phased. Onsite activities will include maintaining highwalls at 3:1 and stockpiling. Processing <br />will included crushing and asphalt hatching. <br />The terms of the Amendment No. 1 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. <br />M-79-140.
