Batley, President of Castle Concrete Company, our
client. I would like to have you examine the original
permit form for tt~e Pikeview Quarry your permit No. 77-211.
It appears to me that on the page two the form is for a 110
permit not a 112 permit. It is absolutely unacceptable to
Castle Concrete to be limited to an annual extraction of
mineral and over-burden not to exceed 70,000 tons. Castle
Concrete is at least producing 200,000 tons per annum at the
Pikeview. Please also correct the filing year to 1977. I
also would like to have the attached sheets on each of these
permits so I can be sure of the references. Your prompt
attention to this request will be greatly appreciated.
Respectfully, ~
EVAN IGGS
f
.i
,l~7~c%t ~Briq~js ~~
a~/ -~-'
GSB/am
cc: Castle Concrete Company
ATTN: C.
