DURANCE FIELD PROJECT <br />CONSENT FOR RIGHT OF ENTRY FOR RECLAMATION ACTIVITIES <br />National King Coal hereby represents to the State of Colorado, Department of <br />Natural Resources, Division of Mined Land Reclamation, that the undersigned is <br />the lessee of subsurface rights on the following real property located in the <br />County of La Plata and the State of Colorado: part of the NW1/4 of Section <br />32, Township 35N, Range 11W. <br />As such, the undersigned hereby grants <br />contractors of the Mined Land Reclamation <br />Resources, State of Colorado, permission to <br />reclaim, abate, control or prevent the <br />practices and to do all things necessary o <br />health, safety or general welfare; includin <br />maintenance work as required.
