Inspections since the
1, April 30 and May 27, 1982.
inspection visits of the subject
last report have occurred on April
All topsoil has been removed prior to placement of the over burden
material. The fill in the horseshoe area with the weathered coal and
overburden mix has been performed to acceptable methods and all com-
paction of this material is excellant.
We note that an additional area of coal has been uncovered that was
previously not shown as known coal seam areas. This additional ex-
cavation will not pose any problem with the reclamation plan except the
final contours will not reach the final elevations as shown on the
plans.
All methods of operations used by the company in the overburden re-
placement and in obtaining adequated compaction are acceptable in our
opinion. With our inspections, no noted deficiencies were found.
Very truly yours,
ROBILLARD & ASSOCIATES, INC.
~, ~ G~
Orman L.
