Newell of the Colorado Air Pollution Control Division, requesting <br />information on violations and enforcement actions concerning Union Pacific Inc. and <br />Union Pacific Minerals. Mr. Newell forwa>tded your letter to this Division, along with a <br />copy of his response to you, dated August 17, 1994, suggesting that you contact this Division <br />for information. <br />This Division has started the information search. The Division has a coal program and a <br />mineLals program. The two company names will be entered into the coal program's national <br />Applicant Violator System (AVS). Any unresolved violations and enforcement actions will <br />be fisted.
