Long <br /> Division Direuor <br />RE: Alexander Pit, M-1976-032, May 25, 2000 Inspection Report Follow-up <br />Dear Mr. Ballode: <br />The Division has not received documentation indicating that the problems, listed in the May 25, <br />2000 inspection report for the Alexander Pit, have been corrected. Please submit this <br />documentation by September 29, 2000 to avoid possible enforcement action regarding these <br />matters. <br />Additionally, it appears that a large volume of fill material has been imported to the site. To date, <br />the Division has not received any notices of importation of fill as required by Rule 3.1.5 (91. <br />Please submit these required notices for all material that has been imported to the permit area as <br />backfill.
