Contract area. The Government hereby sells to Purchaser and Purchaser hereby buys from Government. <br />under the terms and conditions of this contract, all of the mineral materials described in Sec. 2 below, for severance, <br />extraction, or removal, on the following described lands situated in the Pike National Forest, County of EI Paso, Stale <br />of Colorado as shown on the operating plan marked " hibit B", attached hereto and made a part hereof, Section 9, <br />Townshfo 13 South Ranae. 67 West 6N Princiule Meridian, containing 13 acres, more or less. <br />Sec. 2. Amount artd price of materials.
