Since <br />you are the Division's designated contact person for correspondence relating <br />to this project, I am forwarding to you two copies of the map that Mr. <br />Nettleton requested. The map was compiled from data that Mined Land <br />Reclamation personnel obtained during a survey of the property in April of <br />1989. Please be advised that this survey was not conducted by registered <br />professional surveyors, was not tied in to existing points of reference and <br />was only meant to be used by Division personnel for estimating approximate <br />quantities of materials and on site haul grades. The Division will not be <br />held responsible for any type of use or loss incurred from use of this <br />information by Energy Fuels Nuclear, Inc. or their agents or assigns.
