As the permit for <br />the mine expires December 9, 1997, the middle date is June 9, 1995. <br />Also enclosed is the reclamation estimate which was calculated <br />based on liability only. <br />Responses to questions in the midterm review document should be <br />provided to Division on or before July 28, 1995.
