Computer requirements to use the DMG document imaging CD (or DVD): ~"~-S ~`"¢e-~ 1. A program called QuickView will be copied to the CD and must be installed on your computer in order o use a DMG imaging CD the fast time. Future use of this or other imaging CD's does. not require a new installation of the softwaze. 2. The CD or DVD that you purchase mast be in the D: drive.. A DVD drive will read a CD or DVD. 3. The CD will contain files with the .tif extension. There needs to be an image viewing application for .tif files on your computer that will haadk single and multi page doctmtents. Oa a Windows 9CP computer, the default viewing programs aze caF[ed "Frmdows Picture anti l=ax irieweY' ar` Paint" and no or with-Qiu~w:gr`ug Viewer tTat Domes wrtfi pre-Win3ovrs-7~ ciimputers does work. DMG has determined that a program called "IrfanView", which can be downloaded from IrfanView.com, does work with QuickView. After downloading "IrfanView", it needs to be configured as yotn• default .tif viewer. DMG does not support or endorse this softwaze and the licensing and registration aze the user's responsibility. There aze many other programs that work as well, such as "Imaging Preview" and "Imaging for Windows". Instructions: 1. Insert the CD into your computer. 2. Allow time for the CD to install. 3. Eject the CD from the computer. 4. Reinsert the CD into the computer. 5. You aze ready to view the Permit Files. NOTE: A;pfogram called QuickView Autorun, which nms the QuickView setup piogram, has also been copied to this CD. If the Autorun program does NOT work, you will need to manually install tfie QuickView program. Instmctions for manually installing QuickView are available upon request with the CD or can be viewed at www.miniue.state.co.us. The Permit Flle document images can be viewed in the reception area of the DMG office or they can be purchased on a CD or DVD. The CD/DVD purchase cost covers the time and labor of making the CD.
