Covey, and the Court having reviewed <br />t=he settlement Stipulation and being fully advised, <br />DOES HEREBY ORDER: <br />1. The judgment entered against Defendants Harry D. Covey <br />and Astrid L. Covey on August 18, 1997, is hereby satisfied in <br />full. The judgment entered against East West Mining Corporation, <br />Rocky Conner and Your H. Oh remains unsatisfied. { <br />2. The Notice of Lis Pendens recorded against the Subject <br />F:eal Property described as: <br />501 County Road 83, County of Boulder, State <br />of Colorado, further described on the attached - <br />"~xhibit A" _ .- _ <br /><ind recorded on February 27, 1997, at Reception No. 01679820 in the <br />:records of the Clerk and Recorder for Boulder County, Colorado, is <br />hereby released and discharged. <br />3. Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) of the judgment entered <br />in favor of Wagner Equipment and against Defendants East West <br />Mining Corporation, Rocky Conner and Youn H. Oh is hereby assigned <br />by Plaintiff Wagner Equipment to Defendants Harry D. Covey and <br />Astrid L. Covey. The Defendants Covey may execute upon <br />theirportion of the judgment as provided by law. <br />
