<br />SECTION TWO <br />Mining Operations <br /> <br />2.1, Right to Explore, Develop and Mine, Upon execution <br />of this Agreement, Buyers shall have the right to make geological <br />investigations and surveys, to drill on the Property by any <br />means, and to have all the rights and privileges incident to <br />ownership to the Property, including without limitation, the <br />right to mine underground and to mine the surface, extract <br />remove, save, mill, concentrate, treat and sell or otherwise <br />dispo;:e of ores, concentrates, mineral bearing earth and rock <br />and other products, metallic or non-metallic therefrom. <br />'?.2 Conduct of Work, Buyers shall perform mining <br />operations in a good minerlike manner, with due regard for the <br />preservation of the Property as a workable mine and shall comply <br />with the applicable laws and regulations relating to the <br />performance of mining operations on the Property. <br />2.3. Acquisition of Permits. Sellers will assign its <br />permits for mining operations to Buyers, Buyers shall comply <br />comply=_tely with said permits and shall hold Sellers and this <br />Property harmless against any fines or violations of said <br />permits, Upon any change in the mining operations of Buyers___ <br />all ready approved mining plan, Buyers~shal7. apply for all _ <br />appropriate federal, state and county permits required for the <br />mining operations and any regulations relating to reclamation <br />of the Property and any bonding relevant thereto. <br />P3 <br />~~j~e I n <br />~ `~/_ <br />
