MINING OPTION <br />TO PURCHASE AGREEMENT <br />i y~- <br />THIS AGREEMENT made this /~~ day of ,+ ~ 1995, <br />by and between Harry D. Covey and Astrid L. Covey owners, <br />Parties of the first part, hereinafter referred to as the <br />"S:ELLER", and Rocky Conner and Youn H. OH, the parties of the <br />second part, hereinafter referred to as "BUYERS". <br />WHEREAS, Sellers are the owners of the PHIL SHERIDAN <br />No. 2 Lode, Mineral Patent No. 351, and WASHBURN and WASHBURN <br />No. 2 Lode, Mineral Patent No. 11804, in Section 8, Township <br />1 North, Range 71 West of the 6th P. M., Gold Hill Mining <br />District, County of Boulder, State of Colorado. The above <br />described properties contain approximately 11 acres easements <br />of record are noted in that certain deed dated the 20th, day <br />of: July 1972, to Harry D. Covey and Astrid L. Covey. <br />WHEREAS, Buyers are desirous of entering into a option <br />to purchase said properties for mineral development. <br />IN consideration of agreement Buyers will pay Sellers five <br />thousand ($5,000.00) dollars in earnest money. <br />WHEREAS, Buyers have the capacity and desire to develop <br />said property, _ <br />NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby agreed by and between the <br />parties as follows: <br />P1 <br />A ~J <br />/, <br />• [ .%~Y L <br />%^ C,// <br />
