They have been more <br />than patient and have granted many extensiops by which an agreement on their <br />property must be reached. However, they have been met with non-compliance. <br />Therefore, be advised that there is currently rent due for the house in the <br />amount of 53,000 (August, September, and October atthe rate of S 1,000 per month). <br />This amount must be paid in full by October 20, 1996 and kept current beginning with <br />the: November payment, which is due on November 1, 1996.
